Garage Makeover Network (“GMN,” “we,” “us”) is a trade name of Mango Kangaroo LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect when you use garagemakeovernetwork.com, why we collect it, and what we do and do not do with it.
The short version. We collect what we need to price your floor and contact you about it. We do not sell your information. We do not share your phone number with anyone for their marketing. You can tell us to stop contacting you at any time and we will.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you use the quote tool on this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your mobile phone number
- The property address, city and ZIP code for the work
- Project details you select — area type, square footage or dimensions, finish and color choice, and whether the slab needs repair
- The estimate range the tool produced for you
If you send us photographs of your slab by text message or email, we collect those photographs and the message they arrive in.
Information collected automatically
- The page you landed on and the website or ad that referred you, including campaign tags in the link you clicked
- Your browser type and version (user agent)
- The date and time you submitted information
Partial submissions
The quote tool saves your information as you move through it, not only at the end. If you enter your address and then leave without finishing, we may still hold what you entered up to that point. You can ask us to delete it — see section 6.
2. How we use it
- To prepare and deliver your estimate and, if you proceed, a written quote
- To contact you about your project by phone call, text message and email
- To confirm the square footage of your property using public property records
- To schedule and coordinate the installation
- To keep a record of the consent you gave us to contact you
- To understand which marketing brings in customers, so we know where to spend
3. Calls, text messages and email
When you submit the quote form, you agree that we may contact you by phone call, text message and email about your project. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message from us. Reply HELP for help. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email or write to us at the address in section 9. To stop calls, tell us on any call or in writing.
Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except the service providers described below who help us deliver the messages you asked for.
4. Who we share it with
We share your information only with the following, and only as needed to do the work:
- Service providers who run our operations — our customer relationship and messaging platform, our website host, and our email provider. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
- The installation contractor assigned to your project, if you move forward. They receive what they need to reach you and do the work.
- Where the law requires it — in response to a lawful request, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
- In a business transfer — if the business is sold or merged, customer records may transfer as part of that sale. This policy would continue to apply to information collected before the transfer.
5. How long we keep it
We keep quote and customer records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our tax, warranty and legal obligations, and then we delete or anonymize them. Consent records for text messaging are kept for as long as we may need to demonstrate that consent.
6. Your choices
- Ask what we hold. Email us and we will tell you what we have about you.
- Correct it. Tell us what is wrong and we will fix it.
- Delete it. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except where we are required to keep records.
- Stop hearing from us. See section 3.
Write to the email address in section 9 for any of these. We do not charge for it.
7. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information you give us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on property they own or control. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
