Merritt Island garages live between two rivers and a launch pad. Salt air comes in from both sides, the water table is a few feet down, and a lot of the housing stock went up in the 1960s and 70s when NASA hired half the county. Those slabs have earned their stains.
Moisture is the first question, not color. Island slabs can wick ground moisture up through the concrete. We ask about it and check the slab before quoting a system, because a coating over a wet slab fails from underneath no matter how good the topcoat is.
Older concrete needs real prep. Fifty years of hot tires, fertilizer bags and boat trailers leave a surface that etching will not touch. Grinding takes it back to clean aggregate so the base coat wets in and bonds.
Salt and sand hose off a coated floor. After a beach day the garage gets wet sand and salt water off the car and the cooler. On bare concrete that soaks in. On a polyaspartic floor it sits on top and rinses out the door.
Serving north and south Merritt Island, Courtenay, the Banana River side, and neighbors in Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral.
These are the same numbers the pricing tool uses, by the square foot. Enter your exact size for your exact range.

Solid color runs about 40 percent less than flake. Adding a lanai or driveway to the same day lowers the per-foot rate on the whole project. Slab repair, when needed, adds about 8 percent. Final price is confirmed in a written quote after slab condition and access are reviewed.
Pick a color, enter the size, read the price. Nothing to sign, nobody calls you unless you ask.
Text photos of the slab. We confirm the number in writing and pick an install day.
Grind, repair, base coat, flake, topcoat. Cars out in the morning, floor done by evening.
Walk on it the next day. Park, roll toolboxes and hose it down at 72 hours.
The base is an epoxy-class primer that soaks into the ground concrete. The topcoat is polyaspartic, which is what makes it UV stable, chemical resistant and ready to park on in 72 hours instead of a week. Plain epoxy yellows in a Florida garage with the door open.
Properly prepped, a polyaspartic floor is a fifteen to twenty year floor. The installer warranty on the interior is in your written quote. Exterior surfaces like lanais and driveways are confirmed separately before install.
Cracks and pits are ground out and filled before the base coat. Oil is ground off, not cleaned off. If the slab has a moisture problem that a coating will not survive, we tell you before you pay for anything.
Yes. Polyaspartic is rated for trailer jacks, floor jacks and rolling toolboxes. Trailer tongue jacks concentrate a lot of weight on a small point; put a scrap of plywood under it and the floor will outlast the trailer.
Because the price is square footage times a rate for the finish you picked, and we are willing to print it. Most companies would rather send a rep to your house for two hours first.
Sixty seconds. No appointment. The number on screen is the number in your quote, confirmed after we see three photos of the slab.
